the chimera shot - scorpid sting disarm effect has no cd.. so its spammable.. http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=53209
tested it in PvE and you can disarm a mob indefinitely (the mob i was disarming wasn't getting a diminishing return, so 10 second disarm and 10 second CS cd)
