| So my little brother is trying to make an account but cannot due to the 1 account per ip. Thus that eliminates my computer, but he cannot make it on the house computer either because my other little brother already has an account. Is there anyway you could make one for him? I really don't want his chars clogging my account.  He told me he had registered an account, but when I looked at it he actually registered for the forums, his account is ethanator1 if you want to communicate with him by email or whatever.
