) he was annoying didnt stop to advertise his laggy "fun server" ... Player felt annoyed... and well you know the rules..

Players: Kory, Baash, Silkki, Sametti, Aeryk

Reason: As previously documented around this forum, this group of players farmed arena points by intentionally throwing matches to boost ratings. ALSO, this group used 2x clienting to loot bosses on alternate characters that were killed by their main characters.

Duration: 5 days (through end of weekend)

Comments: This punishment was delayed as we considered all sides of the story to find the fairest and most efficient way to deal with this situation. Due to the repetitive/comprehensive nature of the abuse, we came to the conclusion to remove ill-gotten items from this behavior as well as this ban. I understand that these players started to play somewhere else, but we felt it was important to do the right thing and rectify the issues that have arisen from this abuse. Just to be clear, we dont think they are bad people. We dont hate them, BUT, they must also be responsible for their actions. Should they decide to return to the 8 months of progress building up their characters here at embers, they would be welcomed back as a friends. We believe in fairness and respect here at Embers, and part of that is forgiving bad behavior.

Comments: Next time if i see this happening, punishment will be even more severe. We havent given anyone rights to act as staff when staff isnt on, otherwise you would be GM if we had done it. Acting as GM is not tolerable ever!
