| I've been getting a lot of questions about when the big DB update is and what it will entail. The short answer is, i dont know for sure. But a longer answer is that we have a clue as to SOME things that def will be included. Our DB team works with other DB teams to collaborate work (to avoid "reinventing the wheel"). The difference with our database (TDB) and others (UDB for example) is that they perform more extensive testing and as a result, have higher quality releases. This comes at a price, however (time). So, i can tell you its in final phases of testing, should be available sooner, rather than later (dont ask for a specific time frame). We will upgrade ASAP after the release. Here is a link to another similar database that the TDB team collaborates with. In addition to selectively choosing what they wanted from this db's work, they have their own stuff they are adding. | lol...he's being facetious...server hosts (ppls like me who run a server) are even worse than players, lol...you should see this thread on the db forums, its 5 pages long..."whens it coming??? when is it ready??? will it have 3.1????"...this is his way of making fun of them...figured i'd share b/c i found it quite humorous... EDIT: btw...if you didn't figure out....the ppl he names are the major players in the DB dev team...
