That's how the glyph reads, this glyph has no effect at all, atleast that I am aware of. No spell dmg increase besides the totems base amount.

I noticed that either the mobs speed has decreased or the character speed has increased from the Blizz specs. Whichever it may be, now the hunter's pet, which should actually move faster than the hunter, does not move as fast as the character. This poses a lot of issues for all aspects of the game.
Can this be fixed?

If you dont buy it right away and had glyphs, you will have a problem re-appying the same glyphs. To "clear" your glyphs you must apply a different (new) glyph and then apply the old one over top.
