First of all. Ticket System is the best way to contact GMs ingame. The response time is very short, a GM will help you out when they get your ticket Wink

So lets see how this stuff works.

1. Press the red question mark next to your bags and keyring.

2. Press 'Talk to a GM' button.

3. Press 'Open a Ticket' button

4. Describe your issue and press the 'Submit' button.

There we go. you succesfully sent your ticket to the game masters Smile
