General Rules:

1. GM:
A. Game Masters' whole purpose is to aid in resolving problems and disputes,
therefore a GM's resolution is final.

B. Be respectful to GM's, they work hard so that you are able to play.

C. If you experience any problems or difficulties that require the attention of a GM,
contact them through one of the following:
1) Utilize the ingame ticket function. (preferred)
2) Send a Private Message through the forum.
3) Attempt to contact one through Global chat.

2. InWorld Chat
A. To avoid misunderstandings and confusions, please utilize english when using
the global chat.

B. There shall be no profanities allowed in global chat.

C. Fighting is not allowed in global chat, if you have an issue with a player, either
try and resolved it directly with said player or contact a GM.

D. No spamming the Global chat with either advertisements or Recruitment requests.

E. No <DND> or <AFK> on world chat, if you can talk on world, you are not DND or
AFK!

3. InGame
A. Absolutely no cheats or exploits shall be allowed, this includes the use of Hacks,
Macroed Bots, Multi account logging, or the exploitation of bugs, instances or
events that would otherwise not be accessible normally. If you have a doubt in
regards to any potential exploits please contact a GM.

B. Do not attempt to deceive or otherwise steal items, ingame currency or services
from other players or guilds.

C. Any player below level 58 seen on Outlands or below level 68 seen on Northrend
will be banned without warning

4. Player Versus Player
A. This is a Player Versus Player server, which means that any players from opposite factions can engage each other in combat at any location with a few exceptions.

B. Camping opposite factional players is forbidden (defending cities and outdoor pvp areas being the exception)

C. Abusing or otherwise exploiting BattleGrounds or Arenas is strictly forbidden.

D. Respect your fellow players, ill intended insults will carry out a strict penalties.

E. Battlegrounds, even amount of players join both sides. No sitting in BG anymore.
Example, 3 horde join so only 3 alliance join. This is because other faction
gets honor for free and advantage if other side has 20 and other only 3.
Rule breakers will get their honor removed for amount best seen by staff.

5. Accounts.
A. Only two accounts will be permitted per player.

B. Do not share your account information with anyone.

C. No multilogging with clients aka you cant log on both of your accounts same time
and play, this is considered as cheat and results severe punishments


Forum Rules.

A. Place all Post in their corresponding areas.

B. No fighting whatsoever will be allowed in the forum.

C. No profanities in any language shall be permitted in the forum.

D. A moderator reserves the right to edit or remove any Post that are deemed
problematic or in violation of the rules.

E. If a post is edited or removed do not start a new thread with the same
edited/removed information or asking why it was edited/removed. Contact a
moderator for questions or comments.

Bug Reports.

A. If you find , item, area, npc that is not working as it should, you are
allowed to ask ingame for assistance, however do not spam Global chat with
requests, if you do not get an answer either from a GM or a fellow player ingame
the make a post on the Bug section of the forum following the report guidelines.

B. On bugged quests, please report them straight to forum using report guidelines

Punishments.
Depending on the offense, it is possible that the staff will converge and discuss special procedures regarding grave offenses that will not necessary fall into the following category.

First offense: First offense to any of the aforementioned rules will carry out a onetime warning that will be handled down by a GM.

Second offense: A second repeated offense of the same or any rule will indulge a ban of no less than one hour or greater than 12 hours.

Third Offense: A third violation of the same or any other rule will be punishable with a ban no less than one day or greater than a week.

Fourth Offense: A fourth and furthermore final offense will carry out a permanent ban at the discretion of the staff.

Any case that carries out a Ban penalty, the duration of the ban will be agreed upon by the staff members before implementation.

Rules of having Death Knigths.

1. You can only have 1 Death Knight. We are limiting it by PLAYERS and not by Accounts.
2. The class is NOT bugless. You have to deal with the bugged abilities, quests. GMs (esp. Den) are working hard to make it more playable, but we are humans as well...give it some time...
3. You need advice, help in a DK-related questions ask other players first. No need to whisp GMs, create a ticket if you have an issue and we will get to your problem ASAP.

Having 2 DKs will lead to ban on both accounts.
